The inspiration for the ALL pouf comes from the paintings of the Italian abstract artist Piero Dorazio, renowned for his atmospheric grid works where grids intersect with flowing brushstrokes, creating vivid movements of color and texture.  The designer distills from this the forms of arcs, lines, and intersecting patterns, where arcs symbolize the organic shapes of nature and reflect the structural growth patterns found in the natural world.
